Makeup By Krishie

Being a makeup addict, I’m always looking for new products to try this means I come across products i finish up loving, products I really want to buy plus some that totally disappoint me! I thought it might be a great idea to create an ongoing group of posts documenting my loves, of every month lusts and loathes. I understand we’re quite into May but I just couldn’t wait till the end of the month to post about this so here goes last months view!

Although this basis cost me a steep £39 I have to say its a wonder worker. I have a number of scars from prior blemishes and I actually only needed a pump and a half to cover the majority of my imperfections. The very best part of this foundation is its natural looking surface finish, when I used this foundation most of my friends complemented me and said it didn’t even look like I was putting on basis which is always the best complement! I understand that a lot of people wouldn’t anticipate to pay £39 pounds for a foundation but if you’re looking for something to invest in I highly recommend!

  • Leave-In Cream
  • Minimal part results
  • 1/4 c. natural honey
  • So dear love him, that with him all deaths could endure…
  • Very affordable

I have been using this mascara for a couple of years now, but it has never been in my everyday makeup routine. However, it’s ability to make my lashes full and defined has drawn me to utilizing it a lot more regularly recently. I’ve really been into mascara and daring lips recently, which means this mascara is perfect for achieving this look.

It’s properly affordable at £10.99 and for me meets expectations for many luxury brands! There are very a few variants to the range the majority of which I have tried, but I usually recommend the original version. Growing up watching youtube gurus constantly praise the product, day owning this beauty it offers always attracted me to 1.

It promises to be able to be suitable for all skin shades, however I have seen a few make up artists use this for other purposes than a bronzer on darker epidermis tones. Chanel is known for it’s luxury and extravagance so I can be reassured that spending £30 on a bronzer is somewhat justifiable.

Having read almost 5/5 reviews because of this product on every blog I could find on the internet I used to be convinced that basis would be perfect for covering my blemish scars whilst enhancing them. However a series of unfortunate events made the product an absolute loath for me. Beginning with my shade, however for me personally the sales designer that examined my color was a very convincing and were able to convince me that this orangey looking tone was intact my colour. Now in my own defence the lighting in the store do in reality make my epidermis look like it was my tone (I know first year mistake).

Then, to my dismay while i tried it out the next day with my normal primer and completing powder I found nothing at all would stop my face looking an orange greasy mess! Finally, the cherry on top of what seems such as a disastrous trial was that instead of improving my epidermis, I suffered a little breakout from this foundation actually. Suffice to state, I’ve steered strongly from this foundation since that time and there a loathe it is.
